President
Gabriel Gonzalez, CCM is a construction management professional with over 12+
years of industry experience on a variety of project types including
healthcare, mission-critical, local and federal government, higher
education, multi-family, and utility infrastructure. In addition to his
professional experience, he also serves in various regional organizations
with an emphasis on regional economic growth. Gabriel currently works as a
Director of Construction for STACK Infrastructure.

Vice-President
James Schornick, PE is a Professional Engineer with a background in mechanical systems, construction, and building automation. His experience spans engineering design, project execution, and delivering efficient building solutions across commercial and industrial environments. Known for his technical expertise and practical approach, James focuses on optimizing system performance and supporting high-quality project outcomes.

Treasurer
Melissa Watkins is a civil engineering professional with experience in field engineering and infrastructure projects, including major transportation work such as highway widening initiatives. Currently with Moreno Cardenas Inc., she combines technical expertise with hands-on project experience to support construction execution and project delivery. Melissa is a graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso and is actively engaged in STEM education and community service.
Secretary
Christopher Edens is an Assistant Construction Manager with Parkhill, where he represents owner interests and supports project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. He contributes to managing schedule, budget, quality, and coordination to keep projects aligned and progressing efficiently. Working closely with owners, engineers, and contractors, Christopher is known for his proactive field involvement, strong communication, and ability to identify and resolve risks early. He continues to expand his leadership and project management capabilities within the PM/CM practice.

Jorge Loya, AIA, CCM, LEED AP, CNU-A currently serves as the Vice President / West Region Area Manager at Broaddus & Associates, where he brings extensive expertise in architecture, construction management, and large-scale project leadership. As a licensed architect and respected industry professional, Jorge has built a reputation for delivering innovative, community-focused projects that drive long-term impact across the region. His experience spans program management, urban development, and strategic planning, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Known for his leadership and commitment to service, Jorge continues to play an active role in advancing both the architectural profession and the communities he serves.
